(क) कविता में फ़र्श पर कौन-कौन और क्या-क्या करते हैं?
(ख) फ़र्श पर सभी के द्वारा कुछ न कुछ काम करने की बात कविता में हुई है, मगर महरी के काम को ही कविता लिखना क्यों कहा गया है?
(क) फ़र्श पर चिड़िया तिनके बिखेर देती है। हवा से धूल होती है। सूरज भी धूप बिखेरता है। मुन्ना अपनी दूध की कटोरी को उलट देता है। मम्मी दाल और चावल के खराब दाने बिखेर देती है व पापा भी अपने जूते फैला देते हैं।
(ख) महरी के काम को ही कविता लिखना इसलिए कहा गया है क्योंकि वह घर की साफ़ सफ़ाई करती है। फिर पोंछा भी लगाती है और पोंछा लगाते समय कुछ लकीरछोड़ देती है, इन्हीं लकीरों को कविता कहा गया है।
